Jan Logan is recognised as one of Australia’s leading female jewellery designers, and is the icon and matriarch of the Jan Logan jewellery house. Jan Logan spent the first half of her life in country New South Wales in Australia , and lived for many years as a farmers wife raising three sons. Always interested in design and active in the jewellery business in Narrabri, near the family farm in Western New South Wales since the 1970’s , Jan Logan was 50 years old when she launched her first eponymous jewellery boutique in 1989 in Double Bay , Sydney , Australia , and later opened stores in Melbourne , Brisbane , Perth and Hong Kong. Popular with fellow designers, musicians, actresses and celebrities, Jan Logan and her staff have built the business to an iconic brand in the Australian Jewellery industry. Needless to say Jan loves pearls as well and often incorporates them in her designs.
