How Do I Place An Order?

Please select an item from our online store and follow the instructions to proceed to payment. Alternatively please call us on (02) 9230 0601 or email info@aquarianpearls.com.au to make an appointment to come into our boutique office and have a look at our extensive collection or meet with our jeweller to have a piece custom made.

Shipping

All items on our website are currently in stock. We will dispatch the item with 2 business day of receiving the order. Items will be sent out via Express Post please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. For all orders in Australia a postage and handling fee of AUD$15.00 will be added to your order. For orders outside of Australia please contact us for a quote regarding postage charges.

Returns & Refunds

We will accept all returns for a full refund less postage if you have changed your mind within 30 days of purchase. Items cannot be worn during this time. The barcode sticker must remain on the items intact for a refund to be issued. If items are faulty we will refund full cost of the item.

Care Instructions

To care for your pearls always avoid all chemicals near your pearls do not spray perfume, hair spray or any other chemical on your pearls. After each wear of your pearls polish off any perspiration with a soft cloth such as a micro fiber cloth for cleaning glasses . The sweat from your skin can damage and discolor pearls if left on the surface for long periods of time. Do not wear pearl jeweler in a hot shower, sauna or spa bath as hot water will damage the glue used to secure the pearl. If you notice any loose thread or spacing in your pearl strand it needs to be re threaded as soon as possible.

Certificate of Authenticity

All products purchased from Aquarian Pearls will come with a certificate of authenticity. This is a declaration that the pearls are of natural colour, lustre and shape.
