A large, 13.8mm Australian South Sea Cultured Pearl, round in shape, grade 1 with AAA luster, set with a single round, facetted cut Ruby, 5 mm in size, weighing 0.61 carats, surrounded by a ring of 14 diamonds weighing 0.16 carats set in 18 carat white gold.
