A stunning, Burmese South Sea Cultured Pearl, 12mm in size in a beautiful rose-cream colour, button in shape, grade 1 with a AAA luster. The pearl is set in an 18 carat yellow gold ring, surrounded by a petal shape design with a total of 18 diamonds totaling 0.124 carats on 2 of the opposing petals.
