Pearl Cluster Drop Earrings
At Aquarian Pearls one of our most popular yet still unique styles of earrings is the pearl cluster drop earrings. The pearl and gemstone cluster drop ear rings are made in a very unique way. The ear rings have a single piece of gold chain running through the centre and the beads are then attached by putting the bead on a head pin and wiring it to the chain. The number of beads varies but can be in excess of 200 beads in each pair.
The earrings are made upside down to create the bunch of grapes like cluster. They are then matched to pearls that complement the color of the gemstone and these are wired into the top of the chain in the cluster and then the shepherds hooks. When the cluster pearl and gem stone earrings are completed they measure between 5-7cm long.
